LOCAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (LPDC)
Professional Goals and Licensure Requirements
For licensure, everyone working under a five-year license must have an Individual Professional Learning Plan (IPDP) on file. Two or three goals are identified for the period of the license (5 years). All coursework/workshops/conferences used to renew the license must be connected to the identified goals and be pre-approved. If you take coursework/workshops/conferences without pre-approval the teacher runs the risk of them not being approved and counting toward the IPDP. A copy of your transcript and documents that verify completion of your coursework/workshops/conferences must uploaded to the site.
The LPDC Committee meets monthly to review Individual Professional Learning Plans.
